My hostel life

When I complete 12 STD. I decided to pursue hotel management course. But in my city there no hotel management course that effective. So I decided to study in coimbatore, PSG college. My sister helped me for application process and other things. I got result of 88% in my board exam. So it is easier for got the seat. After completing admission process and other process. Me and my mom Start searching for hostel outside,why because in college hostel asked 1 year deposit money. We don't like it so we search for pg near my college. We were visited mostly 3- 4 hostel. I liked cpp hostel near my college and it is budget friendly so I decided to stay in this hostel. I came for admission and reopen of college. Aadi thengai sudum pandigai

In my native town there is festival which only celebrated here and surrounding area only.whichAadi thengai sudum pandigai ( Fire roasted coconut festival ) A unique event observed widely in Salem district connected with the first day of the Tamil month ‘Aadi’. One eye of the coconut is pierced open with a knife. After removing the water, the roasted sesame seeds, grams, rice and jaggery are filled in the empty coconut, along with the preserved coconut water. One end of the long wooden stick is sharpened so that it fits the hole made on the coconut. The coconut is rotated so that it gets roasted on all sides.The desert is served to the family members and visiting friends. Following are the 3 Legends associated with this unique festival. 1. I am catering student, studying 3rd year in bsc catering science and hotel management. In 3 years I didn't participated in any cooking or culinary related competition. I first time decided to participate in cooking competition which is going to conduct in Bangalore. I didn't had a any idea of what to cook and which cuisine has to. I simply applied for competition in first place. Which I am the third candidate for competition. I had 2 months of time for competition. I am fully blank because I didn't have any experience in cooking competition. Even though I didn't done any volunteer in competition.so I don't have a single idea what to do because it is bigger level competition. My first stall experience

In 2021,when I was studying 12th STD in modern matric school. In commerce subject we had a entrepreneurship chapter. So our commerce teacher give has a assignment. My favourite teacher manjula miss asked has conduct the stall in school level. So everyone one decided to prepare food from home and sell in school. So everyone took one or two dishes for their counter. In my class I had 5 friends totally we are 6 in gang so we decided to put stall of 6 in group.
